We want you to love your Tantuleela saree.
We understand that buying a saree online means choosing without being able to touch or feel it first. So if something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept return/exchange requests within 48 hours of delivery, provided the saree is:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- Free from stains, perfume, makeup or any other marks
- Returned with its original packaging and tags intact
Please make sure the saree reaches us in its original condition.
Received something damaged or incorrect?
Please don't worry.
If your saree arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs/videos of the package and saree.
We'll review it and make it right.
A small note on handcrafted sarees
Many of our sarees are handcrafted. Slight variations in weave, texture, colour or motifs are natural and are part of what makes each piece unique. These are not considered defects.
Non-returnable items
Sarees that have been altered, fall/pico finished, pre-draped, washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged.

We'll guide you through the process.
We'd much rather help you find the right saree than leave you with one you don't love.
